Policies
Appointment Policy
A $20 deposit is required and non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled. Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment whenever possible.
There is a 20 minute grace period for lateness — if you arrive later than this we may need to reschedule or shorten the service depending on availability.
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. If your hair requires excessive washing or detangling, additional fees may apply.
Payment accepted: Cash, Cash App and PayPal.
Photo Policy & Service Notes
By booking an appointment you agree to be photographed for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, please let us know prior to your appointment.
All hair textures are welcome. For best results, avoid applying excess oils, heavy creams, or grease to your hair right before your appointment.
